Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

We use fully tracked shipping services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination within Canada, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:

Your tracking number

A link to track your shipment in real time

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Deliveries delayed or failed due to incorrect address information

Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date
Provide your order number
Include photos (for damaged items)

We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
